Why not catch up with family or friends for a tea or coffee or join us for a light refreshment pre-or post-production. Centrestage ‘On the road’ also supports our food provision and our Centrestage ‘On the road’ bus is present throughout various locations around Ayrshire each week.

On The Road

We first launched Centrestage ‘On the Road’ back in 2014 in Ardeer, North Ayrshire and in 2019 we now visit many towns and villages every week throughout Ayrshire. Centrestage ‘On the Road’ brings a flavour of what we do at Centrestage, Kilmarnock to your community and provides the energetic environment for people to come together.

Come and find out more about our ‘Centrestage Food’, where you can take what you need and pay what you can. ‘Centrestage Food’ is prepared by our chefs at our kitchens in Dundonald and uses surplus food from our nationwide partners to create nutritious, healthy meals for you to enjoy. You can have a chat with our #oneteam who’ll share more about what we do and get to know how we can support you and your community. Wee ones are always welcome, and our kids play will keep them entertained whilst with us. ‘Arts At The Heart’ music is a big part of what we do at Centrestage, so there will always be music on the go with various ‘Creative Learning’ activities planned, bringing the community together to sing, dance, cook, draw or paint!

We’re in your community and look forward to saying hello soon.

Eat & Train

‘Eat & Train’ is our 11 week Cookery Class project.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to train with top Scottish Chefs, meet new folk and learn to cook delicious nutritional food. On the 11th week you’ll be able to bring guests along to enjoy the fruits of your labour and watch as you showcase your new culinary skills.

To top it all off you’ll gain yourself a recognised Certificate. If this sounds like something you’d been keen to get involved with, click to download the information pack and call us to book your place.

Café \ Bar

Our Cafe / Bar sits at the heart of our Centrestage community where visitors, customer and staff enjoy our food and inspiring atmosphere. From a delicious breakfast roll, light lunch offering to one of our signature dinner dishes - we have something for everyone to relish and enjoy.

All food sold within our Cafe / Bar is produced in house and sourced from the best of Scottish suppliers. What’s also important to share is that when you join us, all monies are returned into our community of projects supporting our overall vision and fundamentally making a difference.

Keep your eyes peeled for themed nights and special offers during productions, ensuring our new look Cafe / Bar forms a key part of your matinee, evening pre-and post-performance. Fully licensed you can enjoy a refreshing glass of our house wine, or if lager is more for you, enjoy one from our varied international selection.

Our Cafe / Bar is opened for everyone to enjoy and we very much look forward to you paying us a visit sometime soon, where a very warm Centrestage welcome awaits.
