An energetic thinker, Andrew is willing to challenge the status quo through action and spoken words. As an optimist, he is motivated to create new potential in individuals, organisations and communities and is always looking for a way to enable and empower people to work towards a better future. 

His enthusiastic, spontaneous approach helps to influence and motivate others. With a background in the NHS and experience of working with public and private sector organisations in the design and delivery of leadership and change management programmes, he has a passion and interest in strengths-based approaches and how these influence system change.
