The Role
We are looking to employ an energetic, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely cares about delivering the best possible experience for people. You will form part of a friendly, motivated team providing a unique front of house and hospitality experience by paying attention to detail and to the needs of people.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Is multi-skilled and flexible to work across CentreStage FOH and Café Bar, including hot drinks and alcoholic beverages.
· Relevant experience in hospitality is essential.
· Has a knowledge of food and beverage standards and training.
· To work at pace on behalf of our diverse customer base and action requests quickly, ensuring guests always receive the highest standard of customer service.
· To promote a welcoming and happy atmosphere within the venue.
· To take orders and serve customers with efficiency.
· Handle cash, stock, and equipment in a secure manner.
· Proficient IT skills for use on tills and ResDiary table booking system.
· Is well-organised and can work in a systematic way.
· Ability to work as part of a team with colleagues across all departments throughout CentreStage and has strong communication skills.
· Be able to upsell general sales & promote shows, performances, and events.
· Must be able to commit to the hours advertised, demonstrating a flexible attitude, and able to work weekend and evenings.
· Disclosure Scotland cover essential.
